Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, donors and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Your Information

If you wish to make a donation or purchase any item, you may be asked to voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name and e-mail address). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes. You may always "opt out," either now or at any time in the future, if you do not wish to receive our messages.

How Your Information May Be Used

We may use your personal information to provide you with personalized service; to send e-mail alerts to you; to answer your requests; to process your application; etc. You may choose to opt out at any time, which will cease all communications from us.

Email Privacy

The American Brittany Rescue does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone outside the organization.

Content

You acknowledge that this Site contains Content that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now and in the future. You also acknowledge that the Content is and shall remain the property of American Brittany Rescue or any other party who has been involved in the preparation or publication of the Content. You may print copies of the Content, provided that these copies are made only for personal, non-commercial use and that you maintain any notices contained in the Content, or maintained by the Contributor, such as all copyright notices, trademark legends, or other proprietary rights notices. The American Brittany Rescue authorizes you to view and use the Content on this Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by American Brittany Rescue

American Brittany Rescue has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that American Brittany Rescue shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Donations

Your donation is tax deductible because ABR is a 501 (C) (3) not-for profit organization. You will receive a summary of your annual donation amount, as required by the Internal Revenue Service at the end of each year. If you choose recurring donation, it will be debited from your card on the first of every month until cancelled. If you wish to cancel or change the recurring donation, simply log into your account to edit your subscription

We are not responsible for fraudulent activity that may occur with your credit. If you see transactions on your card that are not yours, contact your financial institution immediately to resolve the matter.

Refunds and Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund on your donation.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable goods and clothing that has been worn cannot be returned. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the donation you made to the Brittany Boutique and we require that you send us an email at orders@americanbrittanyrescue.org for return approval first. Approved return items should be sent to the address below.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of donation within 30 days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, please do the following:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before they post the refund.
Contact your bank, since there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@americanbrittanyrescue.org.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at orders@americanbrittanyrescue.org for return approval first and then send your item to the address below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Brittany Boutique credit for the value of your return. Send us an email at orders@americanbrittanyrescue.org for return approval first and then send your item to the address below. Once the returned item is received, an email will be sent to you confirming the amount of your Brittany Boutique credit.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, send us an email at orders@americanbrittanyrescue.org for return approval first and then send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
