Dog Story: Tucker is a young high energy dog, about 15 from the shoulder weighing 40 lbs. His future forever home will have to give this cute two year old a regular routine of exercise. At the moment he is living with 5 residents Brittanys and 1 Mastiff, he likes to run with the pack and help them chase the birds off the pond. He is an outgoing dog with an even temperament that gets along great with allthe residentdogs. He is very playful, so a canine buddy would make him very happy. Two of his favorite things to do are tossing his toys around and play fetch with tennis balls and Frisbees. Tucker is a very affectionate dog, but he is still working on house manners. He now knows counter surfing is not allowed but needs reminding as his nose gravitates toward the exciting smells! He is very eager to please and is quick to learn. He needs more training to walk on a leash but has learnt not to pull and generally accepts the limits of the lead. He is house trained and can be trusted inside, and will spend long periods of time on his bed chewing on raw hides. He sleeps peacefully through the night in his kennel. In the evenings Tucker enjoys joining the family for TV time, he loves to cuddle on the couch with you but also is happy to just lay on his bed until it’s time to go into his crate for the night. However, if allowed, his very favorite spot in the house would be at the bottom of your bed! Tucker was surrendered by his owners because of his energy level. He has completed heartworm treatment and has been neutered; micro chipped and isup to datewith all his shots Please submit an adoption application if you are interested in this bouncy boy
