Adopted!!!
Dog Story:
Toby is a petite young Brittany boy with a full tail that wiggles almost constantly. His Betty Davis eyes are captivating. He enjoys the company of people and snuggling but is not demanding. He plays with toys, rides in the car and goes for walks well. He knows the commands of sit and come but needs someone to continue working with him on obedience. He is somewhat fearful of new people and situations but does warm up once you win his heart!
Toby was picked up as a stray and was very sick and thin when he came to ABR. He is gaining weight and his coat is improving. His camel colored spots coordinate well with his amber eyes. He will need to continue with supportive nutrition to reach his ideal weight.
Toby plays like a puppy and makes some puppy mistakes as he has a lot yet to learn but is making great strides. He is living with 2 dogs and a cat in his foster home but it did take him several weeks to become comfortable with them. He is OK with the dogs but wants to be dominant and guards resources, for this reason we feel he would do well in a home where he is the only dog and can be the center of attention.
Toby was picked up as a stray in SC so not much is known about his past. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, heartworm negative and on preventative.
