My AKC registered name is Éclabousse par l’encre, which translated means Splashed with the Ink. that’s why they call me Splash. Plus, what Brittany doesn’t love to splash in water. I DO! I am a black and white French Brittany, and nicely petite.I came from a Breeder to a loving home, and then was sent to another Breeder to stud. I had two litters and then my original mom couldn’t take me back, so they just kept me. Problem was, their other male intact dogs were more aggressive than me and were not nice to me, so they turned me over to find a more suitable home. I am with two beautiful (ABR) Brittany females right now, ages almost 13 and six, and they LOVE me (really, who wouldn’t?) I behave wonderfully; but am a little nervous with other dogs until I learn they won’t attack me. I listen to commands, and typically choose to follow them! I’m a good boy! I also am a lover and want to be in their lap all the time, and I love attention! Oh, and the squirrels outside drive me crazy! I can scale their short, 3-foot, garden border fences easily, so I do need higher fencing I’ve even visited the neighbor’s yard chasing a squirrel where the 6-foot fence is right next to the 3-foot retaining wall. (Boy, were they surprised when they walked into their back yard!) Well, I have had some agility training in my former home. That might explain why I’m so good at scaling low fences! I sleep in a kennel at night right now; although, I try to snuggle with their other two Britts and them in their bed, but they say there’s not enough room. That’s OK, I do well in my crate. They put me there during the day too, but I probably wouldn’t get into any trouble being out, I really am a great boy.I am scheduled to be neutered on March 15th and am fully vaccinated. Once that happens, I’m ready to move into my furr-ever home. I would love to come Splash with you! Please complete an adoption application mention Splash, that’s me, and reach out to my foster mom if you have any questions.
