Dog Story: Hi, I’m Sky. (Pronounced Ski.) I am one of the Brittanys brought over from the streets of Spain. And just like my fellow countryman, Enrique Iglesias, I am ready to sing you a love song. I don’t bark constantly, but when I do start, I enjoy the sound of my voice. My foster family thinks it’s kind of cute. I love exploring all of the new things about my new home and I ADORE following around the resident girl Brittany. I am so handsome, I think I will win her over soon. I am a happy boy when I feel secure. I’m still a little wary of new people, but once I get to know you, my tail wags a mile a minute and I grin from ear to ear. I am house trained, I walk on a leash with hardly any pulling, and although I don’t love the crate, I stay in there just fine at night and when no one is at home. The vet thinks I am about a year and a half and I definitely have lots of puppy energy still as well as the desire to check out new things with my puppy teeth—socks beware! Sky was found as a stray in Spain. This beautiful boy is neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, leishmania and heartworm negative, and on heartworm and flea/tick preventive. While in Spain awaiting transport, Sky made quick friends with one of the other dogs at the shelter there. As soon as he arrived at his new foster home in Georgia, Sky has been stuck like glue to the resident Brittany. We feel Sky needs a home with another canine buddy.
