Adopted!!!
Dog Story:
Shelby is a handsome 44 pound Brittany with lots of freckles. He gets along well with his foster brother and adores children (especially when they are sharing their food with him). He’ll lie on the floor and look at you waiting for you to tell him it’s ok to sit your lap. Then he’ll jump up and give you lots of love and hugs. He probably the most cuddling dog I’ve ever known.
Shelby is three years old and is past the puppy stage, but still has lots of energy and will revert to being a puppy when you play with him. He loves to chew on his toys but not on things he shouldn’t. He loves to run around the yard, but when he comes inside he will settle down quickly. Shelby is housetrained and crate trained. He pulls on the leash, but with the help of the gentle leader collar he walks well. He does like to chase my cats when they are outside, but has never tried to hurt or catch them. Inside, he will leave them alone. Shelby recently got his summer haircut and stood there until I was finished. He didn’t fuss or fidget at all.
If you have fallen in love with Shelby’s smiling face, please fill out the online adoption application and mention Shelby-4185 and contact his foster mom to talk about him.
History:
Shelby was surrendered by his owners when they were unable to give him time and attention.
