Sam is a delightful, playful, and curious 2 yr old boy looking for a forever home. Sam has the most beautiful gliding run gait I have ever seen! Sam is always looking for a ball to play with and another fur baby to wrestle with. He is highly trainable and food motivated. Sam would be perfect in a home with other dogs and a large hopefully fenced area to run and play. New owners must be patient, active, and able to cuddle!

Sam recently came into rescue as a donation from reputable training and hunting breeder in Missouri . Sam was not very motivated or interested in the hunting process and wanted to be a couch potato. Update : Sam weighs a lean 36 lbs. and is a fireball of energy especially in the morning. He is somewhat immature in behavior and actions from not being a indoor dog and socialized 24-7 with a family. Sam can swipe things for attention and be so “excited” at times he accidently knocks into people, walls, other animals. Sam knows some basic commands and takes to his crate peacefully. We “think” he is reactive towards cats and we do not know about his behavior around small children.

Sam is learning to properly walk on a leash. He is being trained using the gentle leader and a custom fitted harness. We are working on his leash skills but he is a full blooded Brittany! He is happy boy and loves being a house dog and spending time with his human’s !
