Meet Ms. Sallie. Sweet, cute and pretty. She loves stuffies. But in true Brittany fashion, she has killed most of them and plays with the carcass. She has a couple that have not been eviscerated that get carried around. This gal is very good in a crate and remarkably good on a leash. However she is a flight risk. Like an NFL running back, she is good at slipping through holes/doors. She can hurdle a 4 foot fence and sprint like a track star. She really needs a tall physical fence to keep her safe. Her high prey drive and treeing squirrels has allowed us to catch her. We believe she may have had training in her past. Her new family needs to be committed to reinforcing it.

Sallie will thrive in an active family who will include her in activities. She loves being with her humans. We have little experience with her reaction to dogs or cats. PLEASE NO LONG DISTANCE OR SIGHT UNSEEN ADOPTIONS. Any adopter must commit to all family members (human and canine) meeting to assure we have a good match. If you are interested in learning more, please complete the adoption application and mention Sallie.

Sallie was a stray turned into a shelter. We were notified and the rest is history. This girl is up to date on vaccinations, micro chipped, HW tested negative and on preventative.
