Rudy (was Oddie pronounced Oh-Dee) came to ABR as an 8 week old puppy then the owner asked for him back the next day. Now, one year later she again has surrendered him to ABR. He is very fearful of everyone and most anything. He has spent the last year in the back yard by himself and the nights in his crate. His owner loved him and had a hard time parting with him (both times) but has had no time for him. When she got him as a puppy she also had a chihuahua. The chihuahua spent the days in the house and never liked the puppy. We will update as information is available.
