Dog Story: Meet Roscoe, a one year old little boy who has had a very rough 1st year. His owners would beat him for no reason and then leave him outside without food or water. But that is all in the past now as Roscoe is now in a loving foster home with other dogs and his past is just that.a memory. Roscoe still carries some emotional scars, but they too are getting better with each day. He still wants to be your best friend and hasn’t given up hope. Roscoe is EXTREMELY smart. I have worked with many dogs and he is by far one of the smartest so far. He has learned his name and basic commands in just a few short days. I have really been impressed with him and I don’t say that about many dogs. He can figure anything out. Roscoe loves to play with other dogs and shows no signs of aggression.
