Are you ready for a bundle of active Brittany love? Then Ripley is your boy. He is sweet and handsome. He loves to wrestle with the resident female Britt, to a point that we need to separate them for him to calm down. An active canine playmate would be best for Ripley, but NO cats for this guy. He is quite birdy, and does show an interest in hunting. Ripley is also the biggest cuddle bug around. He believes he is a lap dog. He actively seeks out humans to snuggle with. Ripley is a fence jumper, so at least a 6 foot fence is necessary for him. This boy will do best in a home where he will be an inside family pet FIRST, who may enjoy a hunting trip. He is an active boy that thrives on human contact and the comfort of his family’s laps. Please no sight unseen adoptions for this boy. We feel it is important that all family members (human and canine) meet to assure that we have a good fit. If you’re looking for lots of upside Brittany companionship, please complete the adoption application Dog History: Ripley is an owner surrender from a young family that has their hands full with small children. His energy level was beyond what they expected and he was surrendered to ABR. He is neutered and micro chipped. He is also current on all vaccinations and is on Heart Worm Preventative. Ripley came to us Heartworm Positive and is currently finishing up treatment. It will be several months before the final HW test. Please consider making this adorable boy part of your family.
