Dog Story Ripley is a 4 year old neutered male. He weights about 40 lbs. He is a real cutie and quite a lover. He loves to run the fence like any good Brittany. He is an excellent walker and has great manners as he sits for his meals and treats. He loves carrots for treats. He is house broken and sleeps at night in his crate although the way he likes to lay in his foster mom’s lap suggests he may like to sleep in bed with his forever parents. He loves squeaker toys but the squeak does not last very long. He can sometimes show affection with little nips and we are teaching him ‘no teeth’ when he plays and loves. He would be most happy in a home with no children, or children over the age of 13. He can be intimidated by other dogs, so proper introductions are needed to bring the best out in Ripley. Ripley has a lot to offer the right family. If you are interested in Ripley, please fill out our online adoption application referencing Ripley #4276. Ripley was surrendered to a local shelter when his family realized that he is not good with small children.
