Hi, my name is Poppy and I’m a registered 2 and a half year liver and white Brittany . I’m sweet, beautiful, and love chasing my↵ball. My foster mom has used the crate↵for the house and to transport me, and that works, but I’m also housebroken and↵used to sleeping in my bed near my owners. ↵I love to go on walks, chase my↵ball, walk again, chase again, until it’s night-time. Did I say I was active? I could be a trained↵agility dog easily, and I point at every↵bird, especially robins, when we walk, so ↵I’m also a great hunting/sporting dog.Foster mom here Poppy is housebroken, crate trained, and a happy/playful young↵female. Poppy has a very sweet↵temperament and a personality to match. She still↵barks with excitement with her ball, and we are working on that. Poppy walks with the lead but needs training to↵heel. Poppy does respond to HERE, SIT, ↵and is well mannered. Poppy gets↵along with other dogs and is living with our 13 year Brittany. I have no↵experience with children or cats, but she has a strong prey instinct. Poppy would be an excellent agility or↵hunting dog, but she’s so sweet that she’s be a superb family dog, too. Poppy needs a large backyard / running area and a high fence (I have seen no evidence of trying to get out, dig out, or↵jump). Her new family will need to train her on barking, heeling and to improve her with basic commands. Poppy is UTD on her vaccines and is H/W negative and on preventative.
