Dog Story: Phoebe was found running the streets between a Lowe’s Parking lot and an area with new construction. It took us almost two hours to catch her (she is fast)! At first she seemed very skittish, we’re not sure what kinds of experiences she had before, but she has grown comfortable with us and is very affectionate. Phoebe loves playing with our Pitbull and our other fosters. She is FULL of energy and loves to run around with other dogs. She is still learning how to interact with cats but, with some work, she would probably be fine (she has not been agressive with them but moves a little faster than they’d like). Our hope is for Phoebe to find a home that has a big yard to play in and hopefully some other brothers or sisters. She would be fine as an only dog as long as she gets plenty of attention and socialization. She is still very much a puppy and we are working on basic obedience. She has a heart of gold and just gets very excited when she meets other people and dogs. If you are interested in a loving dog with a lot of energy, Phoebe is your girl! Phoebe was rescued as a stray running in a Lowe’s parking lot.
