Dog Story: Parker has hit the lottery! Being tied to a tree is a distant memory for him now, as he is embracing the comforts of a home and is showing and expressing his appreciation!! His foster mom says he loves to be with people, but can get over zealous. Once he knows that this kind of life is not just fleeting, he will settle down. We want Parker to have a fenced in yard, and the freedom to spread his wings and explore nature. He is still learning how to walk on a leash and his foster mom is working on getting him totally housetrained and reliable in the house. Parker has a wonderful personality and would do best in an active home with children over 10. Please submit an adoption application if you are interested in learning more about this deserving boy. Parker had spent the prior 3 months of his life tied to a tree. His human interaction was minimal and he was out there 24/7. Brittanys want to be with their people, so this scenario is a heartbreaking one for a Brittany. His owner was nice to contact ABR and recognize that there is a better life in store for Parker- just something they could not provide.
