Otis came in on 9-2-17. He was about to be given to humane society by a young family with 2 small children. They had no time or money for him and Chester. A woman, whose son was giving him up, researched an alternate placement for the dogs and found ABR to surrender them to! I was told by her that they were purchased as pups from a SW MN breeder, whose information they no longer have. He is being evaluated. He has had no vetting, therefore no rabies, heartworm, etc. He also came in in-tact, an appt. has been made for neutering. Will also be chipped. All this will be complete in the next 2 weeks. INITIAL: Very nice personality. Very gentle, sweet, loves to be with people. Good manners, appears to be housebroken, but is ‘marking’ inside and outside. He loves to chase a ball and be outside. Does very well in his crate. Very good manners, good weight, all-around a great pet! I have applicants with home visits done, or scheduled to be done, that might be great matches for Otis.
