Dog Story Odie is a sweet 3 year old Brittany looking for a new home WITHOUT any children. He loves to go for long walks/runs, loves to play ball and go for car rides. He has had basic obedience and knows basic commands in a one-on-one setting, but gets very excited and forgets when new people or animals are around. He is great with other dogs, does chase the cat but just wags his tail when he gets up to her. She has trained him! He is crate trained, and happily goes into his crate at bedtime. He has always been very good with our child, but is not doing well with other children. He seems to be guarding her. We are not able to keep him separated from children at all times without keeping him in a crate for extensive periods so we want to find him a home WITHOUT kids. He is high energy and needs some room to run, and has been a great running partner and would love someone who likes to go for long walks or runs. He would make a wonderful hunting partner and work dog. If you think Odie would be a fit with your adults only family, please fill out the online adoption application Dog History Odie is a owner surrender.
