Moose is a two and a half year old Brittany.  He is great with children and other dogs.  He has a sweet personality and disposition.  He is a social butterfly and enjoys meeting new friends.  He is being re-homed as his owner works 12 hour shifts and has a new baby at home and unable to give Moose the time and attention he deserves.  Moose loves the new baby and is gentle and loving with her.  He will be a good addition to any household who can provide the attention he needs and is accustomed to. 

Moose knows several commands including sit, stay, shake, lay down, spin and come.  When he is served his food he will wait for a command to begin eating.  He is obedient and strives to make his humans happy. 

Moose is potty trained and crate trained but he is allowed free roam of the house and will always alert when he needs to go outside.  He loves to play soccer and fetch.  He loves toys and enjoys playing and interacting with people.  He also enjoys just hanging out on the couch and taking long naps.

Moose needs someone who is patient as he is still learning to walk on a leash without being overexcited to see new people and new surroundings.  He is a perfect car companion and rides patiently in the car during both short and long trips.  An active individual, couple or family who enjoys time outdoors and can dedicate time and attention to Moose will be ideal.  If you would like to meet this special boy and start a lifetime of adventures fill out our online adoption application and note Moose in SC!
