Dog Story: Meet Mocha, the name says it all. She is the color of a rich dark coffee and the caffeine to keep her motor running for hours!! Mocha is a beautiful Brittany with all the attributes the breed has to offer. She came to us about 8 weeks ago very thin. But since that time, she has grown and filled out very nicely. Mocha’s favorite activity right now is chasing butterflies and pulling whatever will fit through the doggy door! Mocha is almost 100% housebroken. At night she sleeps on a dog bed and during the day, she is only alone for four hoursand has the use of the doggy door. Mocha lives with a cat and except for the occasional forgetfulness that he is in fact a cat and not a dog they get along fine. The ideal home would be one with another dog, one that likes to play, children at least five years or older as she still likes to nibble once in awhile. An active family and even one that would work with her to hone her hunting skills. I want Mocha to go to an experienced Brittany home only please. Mocha is up to date on her vaccines, heartworm negative and on preventive. Mocha was surrendered to the local shelter as the person caring for her did not have the proper protection against the sun/heat/rain as well a not providing enough food or water.
