I’m Mika, a cute little Frenchie from Greece now living in the Pacific Northwest and looking for a forever home to bury my bones. I was found on the streets on the island of Levnos as a little pup wandering all by myself when some nice people took me in till someone else could care for me. Then ABR International took me for a looooong plane ride and now I here in the big woods. I’m looking for a special place that will let me run, jump and play outside. I’m a really nice girl that never bites and hardly ever barks. I walk smartly on a leash and have nice manners however I like to counter surf sometimes (don’t tell mom). I know how to use the doggy door but I not thrilled about going outside to do my business when it’s raining so mom says we’re still working on it. I know how to sit, lay down and love my crate. I like to play with other dogs but also know when to settle down to be quiet. Last thing, I love bones! If you have bones then I know we will get along great. Foster mom: Mika is an old soul that is very quiet for a dog her age. She loves to play rough and tumble with the big dogs but settles right down when it’s time to come in the house. Mika is a smart, independent little girl that learns fast but doesn’t always want to go outside in the rain therefore we’ve had a few accidents. She’s affectionate, loves to cuddle and be held like a baby. When first introduced to other dogs Mika can be defensive but settles right in once she knows she’s safe. Mika is fully crate trained, does great on a leash, is learning basic commands and working on her recall. She’s not destructive but does need stimulation to keep her busy. Mika is a very special girl, we adore her.
