Adopted!!!
** We will not be transporting Maggie. Any potential adopters must be willing to travel to Georgia. **
Hey y’all! I’m Maggie and I’m happy to be here – you can tell by my pretty smile! Wanna know why? Lemme tell you a little bit about my background, then how ABR and my awesome foster mom turned my life around!
You see, for most of my life, I was a kennel dog and only used for breeding. I didn’t know much more that that. One day, a really nice guy came and whisked me (and another Brittany) away, and took us to a vet where I was showered in love, kisses, and belly rubs from the staff. Wanna know how good I am? I charmed one lady so much that she said, “Is it okay if I foster her?” … and my heart exploded! Was she saying I get to live INSIDE a home? YES!
Here at this awesome ABR foster home, I get snuggles from one of the small humans, and I LOOOOOVE that! I also get to play and run with my foster brothers and sisters. I get zoomies and everyone giggles! There’s even kitty cats here, and I’m okay with them! I may be 6.5 years old, but my foster mom says I have the energy of a 2 year old. I’m kinda spunky, playful, and they say I’m a nosy little girl. I never meet a stranger – and if I do, I wow them with my dazzling smile! Each night, my foster family takes me on a walk around the block, and they say I’m really good on a leash! So long as you offer me a snack or cookie, I’ll do anything you want. I’ve learned that stuffed animals and bones are my absolute favorite, but you know what else is? A good blankie with snuggles. The only thing that I really don’t love – thunderstorms. They make me kinda nervous.
I’m loving this life as an inside dog. Now I know what I’ve been missing! My foster family have showed me what it’s like to be part of a family and now it’s time to find my own forever family. If you think you could continue to show me this good life, and be my forever family, please submit an application. And… thanks for hanging with me for a little bit!
