If you are looking for a four-legged, furry, beautiful, comforting companion Maggie will happily become your newest family member. Maggie is very intelligent and eager to please. She loves to be loved and show affection for those around her. Her favorite activities are cuddling with people and her foster parent’s Brittanies, Zoe and Beau. Maggie enjoys running around the back yard and chasing Beau and Zoe. She has separation anxiety and needs another dog. When people are not around she does best in an extra large crate that she can share with one or more other dogs. Her foster parent crates her with Beau and Maggie in two extra large crates that have been put together for extra space. Her anxiety has decreased the longer she is with people and a thunder-shirt has done wonders. When you hear Maggie bark, she makes a funny sound as she had surgery to remove her vocal cords, but you can still hear her. If you feel Maggie would be a great addition to your home, please fill out the adoption application and mention her name and ID #. Maggie is heartworm negative and on preventative and is up to date on her vaccines. Maggie eagerly awaits the love of her forever home! Maggie is an owner surrender here in Sioux Falls. His owner moved and could no longer keep her so she stayed with the owners parents. They kept her outside and their own Brittany was due to have pups and couldn’t have her there when that happened so ABR was contacted.
