Dog Story: This is sweet Lillian, but we call her Lilly. Being eight months old and weighing a little over 22 pounds, Lilly will be a small dog. She is very sweet, curious and friendly. She likes to play and will not hesitate to follow the rest of the Brittany pack to see what they are doing. She loves to kiss and cuddle. She likes to be part of what ever you are doing and enjoys following her foster dad to ‘help’ him. We found out that she barks at lightening, (thunder does not bother her). We covered her kennel so she couldn’t see the lightening and she went to sleep. She is house trained, crate trained and knows how to use a doggy door. We prefer that Lilly be adopted by a someone who has had a Brittany before. She would do best with a home with other dogs as well.If you are interested in Lilly, please complete the adoption application Lilly was born in an animal shelter to a mother dog that was rescued from a puppy mill. She was well taken care of in the shelter and socialized with people and other dogs. She has never met a stranger.
