Adopted!!!

Lexi is one handsome, 2 year old, long-legged Brittany mix. He’s tall and slender and the vet said that he’s in perfect health. He has an easy disposition, is extremely affectionate and loves being with people, following his foster mom from room to room. He has yet to meet a person he doesn’t love and he thrives from the attention he gets from people who stop to admire his good looks. Lexi gets along well with his 6 year old foster Brittany sister and though there are no cats in the house, he doesn’t react to cats on his walks. Lexi is house broken, crate trained and walks very well in a harness. He is an accomplished foodie and people food must be kept far from his reach. He’s still a playful 2 year old and his new owner will have to continue his training. He hasn’t demonstrated any hunting interest at this time. If you’re looking for a dog to fill your house with love and think Lexi would be a good addition to your family, please fill out the online adoption application and mention Lexi. Please feel free to contact his foster mom with any questions. Dog Lexi is part of ABR’s International rescue effort. Lexi spent the majority of his life as a stray, living in close proximity to a restaurant, and no doubt was very adept at living on the streets. People have not been very kind to Lexi, as he has had hot coffee thrown on him, and has been chased away. But his great nature is so forgiving, that he just took that in stride.
