Leo is truly a special, one-of-a-kind dog. Even though he’s a Brittany mix, the only thing that gives that away is his monkey-like (long) tail that’s always swinging around. He has yet to meet a human (both young and old) or dog that he does not instantly love. He has a fun and silly personality but also is very relaxed for a Brittany puppy! All he needs is a bone or two and he can keep himself occupied for quite awhile. He loves to chase after a tennis ball or the birds in the yard and really loves long walks around the neighborhood to meet all the neighbors!Leo made it through the 4thof July and a thunderstorm or two without any issues. He has been left home in the morning and afternoon while his foster mom is at work and has not torn anything up! He is mostly potty trained but occasionally has an accident while alone at home. He has shown minor food aggression when it comes to meal time with his foster brother. He has been getting better and a little bit of training should take care of that. Leo would do well in almost any environment that is looking for a life-long, four-legged best friend as long as they are active and are willing to give daily belly rubs!Leo is up to date on his vaccines, heartwormnegative and on preventative. If you are interested in Leo, please fill out theadoption applicationand mention his name and ID #. We would LOVE to talk more about this special boy.Leo came into the Humane Society as a stray.the staff felt he looked much like a Brittany and the photos they shared with us had us convinced as well.
