Jasmine is an 8 year old orange and white spayed female Brittany, DOB 1/7/09. She is an owner surrender from Kennesaw, GA due to owner moving to apartment.
Jasmine weighs 32 pounds and we have vet records from Lake City Animal Hospital in Acworth GA. She was last seen by vet on 3/26/15 and was HW/fecal negative at that time, has not been on HW or flea-tick preventive since then. Owner says Jasmine is microchipped (will be scanned for chip info at vet) and has fatty tumors on chest and above left eye.
Jasmine will have vet exam, UTD vaccinations, HW/fecal and scan for microchip when she arrives in foster care. Vet records indicate she is due for Rabies vaccination, current on 3-year DHPP. Jasmine will be moving to ABR foster care in Marietta GA first week in January before owner needs surrender completed on 1/8/17.
