Dog Story: Are you looking for a new helper around the house? Then meet Jake. He is ready to be at your side ‘helping’ you with whatever you need to do. He is an energetic, fun, young 3 year old boy who is ready to be a faithful companion, always by your side. Like most young brittanys, he needs a good amount of physical exercise and mental stimulation to keep him out of trouble, but he also is really thrilled to sit and let you pet on him and snuggle. He is a true lovebug and is one of the happiest dogs we’ve ever met. He enjoys walks, patrolling the backyard, and playing with the resident Brittany. Jake was surrendered to ABR by his owner. Jake was previously an outside dog and is getting used to learning indoor manners. He is adjusting well and has been learning quickly and obeying what is on and off limits. He is crate trained. He is beyond thrilled to be allowed in the house with the rest of the ‘pack’ and will be a grateful and appreciative member of his new forever family. Jake was recently neutered, is heartworm negative, and up to date on all vaccines. He got a clean bill of health from the vet.
