Hunter is a gorgeous liver and white boy who was surrendered to ABR because his previous owners wanted a better life for him. He spent too much time confined in his crate while his owners worked long days. His previous owners would like Hunter to be re-homed with someone who can give him all the love and attention he deserves! He is well-trained and even completed a two week course for basic obedience and upland hunting.He hasn’t spent much time hunting, but he loves finding birds in the field by his house. He would make an excellent hunting companion with continued training.Hunter loves children and snuggles from his humans. He likes car rides, treats, and everyone he meets! He is an active, but easy-going boy that would fit in well with a loving family eager to spend time with him.He can get over a 4′ fence, so a privacy 6′ fence is mandatory. He is crate trained, and is used to spending time there when unsupervised, as he will chew or dig holes if left alone.
