Dog Story: Hi! My name is Higgins! I’m just a young pup 2 yrs old! I have LOTS of energy, but I’m willing and eager to learn LOTS too! I LOVE people. I just want to be with someone who will spend time with me, teach me and play with me. I am housetrained and I sleep in the crate. Right now, my best friend is Prince because he’s about the same age as me and we play like crazy! I’d like to have a buddy to play with but I’d do good if my new family would spend timewith me. I don’t like to be alone! Foster Mom says my new family should take me to ‘puppy classes’. I don’t know what that means for sure, but it sounds fun.
