Adopted!!!

On April 17th we picked up 2 beautiful female Brittany’s named Faith and Hope. Faith and Hope and 6 puppies were taken in by some people that found them sick and wandering around in Conway SC. These kind people cleaned them up, got rid of the fleas and ticks, fed them and found homes for the puppies but not Hope and Faith. They called ABR for help with Hope and Faith. Faith was emaciated, very sick and both were heart worm positive. After a couple weeks’ stay at the vets office we brought them home to foster them. Hope has completed her heart worm treatment and Faith has started hers. Hope has been spayed and Faith will be spayed when her heart worm treatment is completed. Both are doing really well. They are about 3 years old, they get along with other dogs, they get along with kids, they are learning basic commands and both have the sweetest faces. They now weigh about 35 lbs each. Their whole body shakes when they wag their tails. Faith has a long tail and Hope has a short tail. They may or may not be related. Faith acts younger wanting to play more and Hope acts a little older. Hope will chase after a ball. Faith just wants to play with people or dogs-both are good for her. They are very happy girls looking for their forever home. They need a large yard to run and a high fence would probably be best for them. Faith and Hope are very attached to each other and we would like to see them adopted together. Faith and Hope were rescued by a Good Samaritan who then called ABR for help in finding them homes.
