Adopted!!!
Dog Story:
Hello, my name is Emma Jane, I am a very energetic young girl and I just LOVE to give Brittany kisses! I haven’t met a kid that I don’t like.I LOVE to play and investigate things as you see this fenced yard thing is new to me as my prior owner kept me on a tie out when outside. Now I can run and be free ..
I am taking to my crate very well and I relax quietly when I am in it. I have a very good trait; I don’t chew things or make a mess!!! I have been known to do the occasional counter surfing but hey I am a Brittany LOL. I am also finding out at my foster home that I really like being a lap dog; I like to sit in your lap and give some sloppy kisses.I just love, love, love my ears rubbed.
I am also learning how to use the doggie door so I can go out in the back yard whenever I want and watch the squirrels. I seem to be doing ok with other dogs although I think I scare the smaller dogs because I have so much energy and want to play. I weigh 34lbs and my coat is silky soft, I must say I am quite the looker!! I have a very sweet, mild tempered and love being around people. At night I lay on a pillow on the floor beside my foster parents and I tend to sleep all night. I am a very smart girl also and I am learning very fast here with my foster and I seem to have settled into a routine very well.
If you take one look into my eyes you will fall in love I promise! If you would like to take me home with you please fill out our online adoption application
Emma Jane was surrendered by her owners to a NC shelter. They felt she needed a nice fenced yard to get her exercise.Emma Jane is spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped.Emma Jane did test faintly positive for heartworms so she is undergoing treatment and will be ready for her forever home in a few weeks!
