Dog Story- 4.14 Hi, my name is Elliot. I’m only about 2 which is young for a personal ad but I’m looking for love. I love long walks but don’t care for the rain, unless I’m curled up at your feet watching an old movie. I’m a rugged kind guy in that sensitive kind of way. I’ll follow you anywhere as long as I can be only 5 feet away. I’m great at looking loving into your eyes. I’m told that makes me a real chick magnet. I do admit to being a little rough around the edges but that gives you an opportunity to make me the dog of your dreams. I’m willing to learn anything. My only dislike is being alone in a yard. I so want to be a house dog. I will hunt you down when you’ve gone too far. Does that make me sound like a stalker? Well in dog terms it means I don’t want you to get lost, at least not without me! So if you’re looking for a young guy to get lost with who likes dry places, warm beds and plain kibble, I could be your man. 4.25 I’ve learned to walk on a leash, go up and down steps, go into and stay quietly in my crate. I am not a yard dog and will tell you when I’ve been out to long. I firmly believe that one only needs to stay out long enough to potty and then one must return to one’s people. I have found that people need a lot of supervision which I am willing to give. I don’t chew things up and I don’t get on the furniture. I think I would like children. I don’t mind other dogs or cats. I’m just a well rounded kind of guy. 5.3 I thought you might like to know I did something big today really big, huge, gigantic! I went on a field trip to an agility trial. It was scary at first but I ended up having a good time. I met lots of people and some of them gave me treats. I also met lots of dogs and was a real good boy around them. I was pretty good in my crate. I yodeled a couple of times but was good when anyone told me to be quiet. Overall it was a pretty good day! Ellis was rescued from shelter.
