** We will not be transporting Duke **I’m not sure the world is ready for a handsome boi like me! Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Duke. My foster mom calls me Sir Duke with the Fancy Pants. That should tell you how dashingly handsome I am! I’d love to tell you a bit more about myself, so have a seat and let me have your attention, please! It all started when I was a young boi. I lived with my family for almost all of my 2.5 years. They let me go to day care, they gave me toys and treats, and most importantly, they gave me lots of love. In the last few months I was there, I started spending more time at day care because my humans were traveling more. I didn’t have a problem with that though. that’s where all of my friends were! Those humans were really good humans and always looked out for me. When they realized it wasn’t fair for me to be at daycare all the time, they reached out to ABR.I stayed at my first foster home for a little more than a week. Things were a little *fun* there. The foster mom had another Brittany, a cat, and a B I R D. Let’s just say. it didn’t work out with the cat or bird. I hopped on an airplane and flew a little north to a foster home without a cat or bird, and I have settled in quite well! There are two other Brittany foster sisters here that I love to play with! And the humans. MAN! They sure are snuggly. Some of my most favorite things to do are: play fetch, point, swim, point, hunt leezards, point, hunt birds, point, bark at deer, point, chase squirrels, and point.I am ready to find my forever family. If you like to do the things that I do, please fill out an application to adopt me!Foster mom here!Duke is a wonderful boy that has the normal energy of a two and a half year old boy that needs a job to do. He is NOT gun shy and is trained well on an e-collar. He gets along well with male and female dogs, but would NOT do well in a house with a cat, bird, or any other animal that can be seen as prey. Duke came from an AKC litter and is proving to be a fabulous Brittany! He knows how to sit, shake, lay down and can settle himself, usually going all frog leg on the cool floor. If you think that Duke is the right match for you, please submit an application to adopt. If you have any questions, please contact me.
