Heeeeer’s DOLLY! A beautiful soul who loves every one and every dog she meets. Her tail is always wagging and her beautiful brown eyes will melt your heart when she looks at you.

She is high energy and needs a family that will be committed to exercising her daily at least a few times a day. She would even be good working her for agility, as she is very smart and eager to learn.

Dolly is very prey driven and does not miss a squirrel or a rabbit whether on a walk or in the backyard. Yet Dolly is ok with cats and is not bothered by them at all. A wooden fence at least 6 ft high is necessary with a similar height for the gate. She has cleared the 5 ft gate at her Foster home a few times. She could be a good candidate for training on a e collar .

Not Much is known about Dolly as she was found in the middle of the road and the shelter contacted ABR to bring her in. The Vet estimates she is about 8 months old . She is a Brittany mix most likley 90% Brittany and 10% Springer from what we can see. Dolly know basic commands sit,give paw, other paw lay down and come (as long as there no squirrels around). We are currently working on her leash manners but this will need to be continued. Again remember squirrels? Dolly is crate trained and mainly housed trained.

Dolly is currently living with two older Brittany who she makes sure won’t grow old. So another dog closer to her age would be ideal to burn off the puppy energy.
