Dog Story: Diezel a fun loving, personality plus puppy. Observations Diezel loves to play and loves being around the other dogs as well as humans. During his playtime at the dog park he has done very well going along and meeting other dogs and their owners. He listens to my voice and stays pretty close to me. He rides very well in the car. He did go to the dog show recently held in Houston and did well there, allowing everyone to pet him. He is coming out of his shell. Medical Diezel is up to date on all of his vaccinations and will be neutered on August 2nd. He is microchipped as well. I do not see any issues with him. Diezel’s coat is coarse and straight. His tail is a bit long for a Britt and he has his dew claws. Adoption I would like to watch Diezel a bit longer to find out his needs, etc. He should be ready for adoption mid to late August. I would like for him to be adopted with his littermate since they are dependant on each other. If not possible Diezel would need to go to a home with an existing dog for him to play with to help burn his energy. Update 9-30-13 Diesel and Dexter are very dependent on each other as they sleep, eat, play and do everything as one. Foster mom does not think separating them would be good for either one therefore foster mom would like to adopt them together. Please consider adopting both of them. Diezel came to ABR from an animal control facility with his littermate Dexter. In the shelter he was very scared and timid. While in fostercare he has blossomed into a fun loving pup. The shelter posted his age as 5 months however his teeth and size have fostermom thinking he is between 9 months and 1 year.
