Hello! This happy and energetic 6 year old pup is Dave. He also answers to Davies most of the time thanks to his human sister.

Dave loves to run around and play ball but he is slightly overweight at 50 lbs at the moment.  He is UTD on all of his vaccinations and he is heartworm negative.  He has also been neutered. 

He is wonderful with other dogs and farm animals at both of his grandparents homes.  Dave is also fantastic with children.  He has a 2 year old human sister and a 3 month old human brother at home currently and he is wonderful with them both.  Always curious of whatever they are doing and shows concern anytime he hears a cry. 

Dave is not a fan of loud noises such as fireworks, thunder or gunshots.  He will definitely want to be by your side if any of these things are going on. 

Dave follows basic commands such as “sit”, “stay”, “come” and “bring it” (he will bring you the ball, which he loves to do non-stop). Playing fetch, swimming at the lake and going for car rides are a few of his favorite things. He also loves ice cubes! 

During the day Dave is free to roam outside and in our garage through the doggy door and he is put up in the garage overnight. He is crate trained and will “go potty” on command before being put in his crate and after being let out.  

Dave truly is a fantastic dog who is going to be an amazing addition to one lucky family out there. This is not an easy decision for us to be making but want him to have the best life possible.
