Dog Story: Hi! I’m Dash cause I like to dash everywhere and because I’m dashingly handsome. At least that’s what my foster mom says. I’m 1 1/2 years old and full of boundless puppy energy. I’m alert, curious, and a fast learner. I know my name and come when called (especially if you have treats). I can sit and am working on lying down on command (Yay for more treats!). I love playing with other dogs and love kids. I’m learning to not jump up on visitors, but I’m just so happy to see them! As energetic as I am, I know when it’s time to settle down for the night, I love my crate (I am fully crate trained) and sleep in it at night. And I’m fully housetrained too! I have puppy kisses to give and lots of love to share. Foster Mom states that Dash is a very high energy boy and loves to play with other dogs Dash needs to be kept busy and stimulated. Dash doesn’t know a stranger and gets along with everyone, human and dog alike. Dash is interested in birds and a little too interested in cats for them to be safe. Dash is learning to walk on a leash and if he attended basic obedience classes would no doubt be top of the class. Dash’s new home must have secure fencing and a large yard to run and play safely. Dash loves, loves, loves to play with other dogs so his new homes must have another dog for Dash to play with. Although Dash does love kids, all children or grandchildren in a potential new home need to be 5 year or older.
