Adopted!!!

Daisy is a very petite spayed 14 month old Brittany that need to be adopted as part of a bonded pair with her brother Buddy. She was surrendered to ABR right before Christmas her family was moving and they couldn’t take them along. She is only 26 lbs and uses her tiny frame and innocent looking face to her advantage. Daisy plays like the puppy she is, energetic, hyper, mischievous, etc. You should start practicing now with phrases like, ‘What do you have now?!’, ‘Get that out of your mouth!’, ‘How did you even get up there?!’, and more, but what a fun little girl she is. Daisy is up to date on her shots, microchipped, and as mentioned, spayed. She will challenge a fence, so a high fence, or invisible fence is necessary. Daisy spends most of her days playing with her brother, bothering the cat, and getting into mischief. Since we started fostering Daisy and Buddy we have barely turned on the TV. They are so entertaining to watch. They play with each other like ravenous hyenas with teeth out and high pitched growls, but never hurting each other. They are both good at bedeviling the other, so when Daisy runs up into your arms for protection, and giving you those innocent eye rolls, don’t believe her. I have seen her ambush her brother by standing on a couch arm and jumping on his head as he walked past. Daisy has never been in a house before, so we are teaching her basic manners like going to the bathroom outside, no counter surfing, and the like. She loves to cuddle with people, so be ready to lose your rights to all personal space (Buddy is the same way, so make that times two). But she is a very happy life-loving bundle of joy. Daisy will be a great addition for any active family. She is very loving and just a joy to be around. So, if you would like to come and meet the dynamic duo please take a moment to fill out the adoption application and note Daisy and Buddy in NJ! Buddy and Daisy are originally from SC and were outdoor kennel dogs. Their family needed to move and couldn’t take them with them so reached out to ABR for help in finding them a forever home!
