Dog Story: Cookie is a sweet girl with a wonderful t. She is housebroken and does not chew. She does love to play and has a puppy’s energy. She is extremely quick and is still learning to come when called. She has bolted out open doors before and would benefit from formal training. Cookieis very smart and gets along well with our other male dog and with all the kids (ages 17 years to 1 year). She has shown interest in the cat but was not aggressive or prey-stalking. Cookieloves to wait for squirrels outside and is very birdy. She has had her first round of vaccines and is microchipped. Update 7/14/09: Cookie was spayed on July 13. We have also discovered thatshe chases the cat as prey so shewould do well in a kitty-free home. For being such a young pup, Cookie’s history isbasically unknown. Shesomehow found herself in a pound where she wasreleased to aSpringer Spaniel rescue and then transferred to ABR.
