Dog Story: Chase is a very sweet and loving dog. He gets along well with his foster brothers so would do well with another dog, but would also do okay as an only dog. In the house he is housebroken and likes to be where we are and is slowly learning that not every baby gate is an obstacle to be jumped. He is also learning not to counter surf. He sleeps great in his crate and stays in his crate when we are not home. He loves to chew on his deer antlers and nylabones, so far we have not had any problems with him chewing things that don’t belong to him. (which can’t be said for everyone else in the house). Chase has not been around children younger than 13 but is great with our teens. We don’t have any cats so I don’t know how he would handle that. He enjoys sleeping and cuddling on the couch. He’s an escape artist so a securely fenced yard is a must. As well as someone who is willing to work on recall training and understands the Brittany breed. He has the typical energy of a young brit. He loves to be outdoors exploring and patrolling for birds. He would be the ideal companion for someone who loves to be outside. Chase is just looking for some love and someone to be his best friend. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, heartworm negative and on preventative.
