Adopted!!!
Dog Story
Are you looking for a hunka hunka Brittany love? Charlie (formerly known as Robo) was taken into ABR’s care Valentine weekend. He’s a sweet natured, laid back guy who is looking for a home and a family to call his own. He’s a bit shy, as we think he’s never been a house dog before, but but he is always up for some love and snuggles. He enjoys the company of the resident 2 year old female brittany and has been a total gentleman with her and enjoys being with her, ready to follow her lead.
History:
Charlie was surrendered by his owner to the animal shelter. The only info given at the time was that his name was ‘Robo,’ he was 3-4, and got along well with other dogs. Upon arriving at the foster home, we found he did not answer that name and didn’t know what it was like to be house dog and family member. He’s a big boy at 51 pounds. We don’t believe he has ever had any previous vet care. His tail was never docked and he has his dew claws. With ABR, he has since had the works done–all vaccines, neutered, HW preventative given, and even a dental cleaning so that he has sweet breath for doggy kisses. He is learning household manners and so far has not caused any trouble.
