3/26/16 Charlie is an owner surrender to rescue. He is a refugee from craigslist. Don’it have much information yet. Will post as news becomes available. 3/31/16 More news on Charlie. Prior to coming into rescue he had surgery to remove half a Frisbee from his stomach. He is currently recovering in his foster home. Foster Dad is pretty smitten, so Charlie may get adopted by him. Will post more updates as we have them.
