Adopted!!!
Dog Story:
My name is Casey, I was born 9/3/2013. I have visited the vet to get all my shots and microchip to keep me safe and do not have to go back until I get neutered. They even gave me a blue tag with a number on it for my rabies shot to hang on my collar! I do not take many naps during the day now, but I do love to sleep all night in the bed with my big foster brother, little brother and foster parents. Every day we go for at least a 2 mile walk so I am very good on a leash and love walks. Now that I am a good listener, I get to go off leash and play in the field behind our house and at the lake near us. We play ball, chew bones, play toys and fetch toys during the day. I love to play outside in the snow and grass. We have a large yard I can run in and explore. When my foster parents have to leave me home, I go in the crate because I now climb the gates and am told I get into things that are not safe for me.
I know my name, how to sit, I wait for treats and my dinner to get made, use the doggie door to go outside to potty. My foster mom says I am so good about getting my nails trimmed, taking a bath, having my ears cleaned, riding in the car and playing with my other dog friends we visit with. Sometimes kids come visit us and we have lots of fun playing together. The resident cat teases me sometimes but mostly ignores me. My foster parents tell me I will get my own family I can cuddle with and show off my good manners to.
