Dog Story: Carly is everything you want in a brittany puppy and more . She is a sweet, loveable beautiful, well behaved, energetic, curious, intelligent 8 month old. She does jump up when meeting strangers and she is hard to lead as she pulls terribly hard for a 25 lb puppy but does well with a gentle leader ‘easy walk’ harness.She needs continued obedience training and since she is still chewing she needs to be supervised that she doesn’t eat anything that would harm her or that you would not want chewed. She responds well to her name and will sit, stay and come for a ‘treat’. She knows the command ‘Crate’ and is quiet all night in it. She is house broken and barks to let you know she needs to go potty. She is always alert to the next adventure especially if it has fur or feathers. She likes to be at your side no matter what you are doing and she is lying at my side as I write this after a full day chasing bubbles, butterflies, me and my 8 year old Brittany Princess. She is playful with younger dogs and respects older ones. She will bark at you when she wants you to throw her tennis ball or some other game she has in mind like tug of war. She was sadly turned into ABR by her owner who could not care for her due to her health and other illness in her family.
