Dog Story Meet Buddy, a sweet, smart 3 1/2 year old Brittany boy who loves to cuddle and craves attention and affection from his people. He is somewhat timid at first, does not like loud noises (he is gun shy so he will not be a good hunting companion), but warms up fairly quickly. Buddy is housebroken and knows basic commands, sit, come, down, etc but will definitely benefit from further training. He is well behaved indoors. Buddy would be best with an active family as he is young and has tons of Brittany energy. A securely fenced yard is a must. He loves children and gets along well with other dogs. He plays well with his Brittany foster brother Duke and gets along with our female senior shepherd mix. Buddy is heart-worm negative and on preventative, has just been neutered and will be micro-chipped and up to date on all shots before going to his new home. If Buddy sounds like the right match for you please fill out the online adoption applicationcontact his foster family for more information. Dog History Buddy’s family adopted him a from an elderly man in Idaho. The family recently had to relocate and now live in a small house with no yard. They wanted to find a better home for Buddy so he was surrendered to ABR to find him that home.
