Dog Story: Hi, my name is Brandi and I am sweetest, calmest Brittany around! They say I am heart worm positive but I think they mean I am heart WARM positive. My personality is really starting to come out now that I am feeling comfortable with my new foster Mom. I like to sit by her side and get attention. I will lay my head on her lap and just wait for my ear rubs. I am learning some commands and I’m a master at sit when I get my dinner. I don’t need a cookie reward, just a few pats on the head and ear rubs. I am living with 2 foster brothers and one foster sister. I love to be in the midst of the family laying quietly on the floor. I am starting to play with toys and chew bones. I had potty trouble when I got here, but Mom says I am catching on very quickly now that I have structure. I like my crate I just don’t like to go in it haha! But, when you come home, I am so happy to see you that I wag my full tail back and forth so much, my whole body wags with it. Foster Mom: Brandi is a young, sweet, beautiful Brittany gal with a full tail. She is heartworm positive so will be receiving treatment. She will also have to be spayed after treatment and prior to adoption. She has quickly caught on to being at my home and seeks nothing more than attention and to be by your side. She walks very calmly on a leash and loves to explore the yard but would rather be by your side. She is great with other dogs and calm enough for small children. We are learning a few basic commands and so far she is very smart. It will be a little while before Brandi is ready to be adopted so if interested in her go ahead and fill out an adoption application to be consideredas her forever family. I came from a shelter and was very scared at first, but realized ABR folks were here to help me. My first stop was near Fayetteville, NC then I was picked up and brought all the way to Delaware in one day. I am a good traveler!
