9/22/20 Bobo came into rescue today. He was surrendered by his owner to the local shelter. This boy was living outside chained to camper shell for shelter. No vetting on him, will see the vet tonight and if all tests are good, will be neutered tomorrow 9/23/20. Supposedly good with other dogs, cats, kid, people. Will not more once we evaluate him.
