Blue is a 15 month old liver_white intact male Brittany (DOB 4/25/2020), owner surrender from Jacksonville FL. He was purchased as a puppy and posted on Nextdoor for rehoming due to changes in family situation. Blue has lived with other dogs and shown separation anxiety since his owners went back to work full-time.Blue will have vet exam, is due for yearly UTD vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), HW 4DX test, fecal and neuter. He is PetLink microchipped. Needs ear cleaning, nail trim, bath and mats clipped. Previous vet records received. Has been on Trazodone for anxiety which we will discuss with vet. Intake to ABR foster care 7/13/21.
