Dog Story: Hi! My name is Biggin. I was named that the day my life started over: January 5, 2017, to be exact. You see that was supposed to be my last day on earth but a very nice lady drove a long way to get me from a shelter. She then took me to a house where the man said I was a Biggin when I got out of the car. (He was one to talk about size.) Anyway, he was very nice to me and made sure I was warm, dry and well fed. A couple of days later Herself appeared with a load of dogs. Turns out they live here all the time. They are all very nice except for the little one with the English accent they call Beagle. She is another story for another day. When Herself first saw me she didn’t say anything about my size. She just said I had the most wonderful eyes and they were a window to my soul. I’m in love with Herself and follow her everywhere. She did say I can’t stay here. Really just long enough to get cured of my heartworms. Then I have to find my own family and my own Herself or Himself to follow. She said it won’t be hard because I’m such a gentle boy who already knows things like, sit, come and kennel. I have very nice house manners. Plus I travel well. And I’m a handsome little man with wonderful eyes. She said so! If you’d like to be Biggin’s Herself or Himself, please complete anadoption applicationand mention his name. Biggin is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and currently going through heartworm treatment. Biggin was rescued from a shelter.
