Benji came to ABR through a shelter. He was very scared in the shelter environment, and has since relaxed in his foster home. His previous family did not have the time to enjoy him or train him very much, and with a change in housing were no loner able to keep him. Benji is a very sweet boy, but can be timid with new places and people, but does warm up. He is thriving in his foster environment and enjoys the companionship of the resident Brittany. He likes to be right next to his people and will happily chew on toys by your feet and wag his beautiful long, feathered tail. He needs help learning to stay down as well as which things are appropriate chew toys. With love and guidance, he will be a fantastic (and might we say handsome) companion! All serious applicants MUST fill out the adoption application and be able to travel to Salt Lake to meet Benji at his foster home if selected as his new family.
